"Extremely disappointed. I've been with this agency for years and got a fair rate until recently upon getting a new vehicle. So I made the choice to switch. Instead of giving me my refund on half a month of auto they decided they would keep it for a decision they made starting my auto with the new vehicle this last time. It wasn't mentioned to me that because they did something on their own accord when I ended my policy, they could decide if I got my money or not. I couldn't be more upset, agencies go downhill when it's more about money than customer service"
